Terms & Conditions - the basics
**My Maid Cleaning Services LLC – Terms and Conditions**
**1. Services Provided**
We offer deep detailed cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and recurring cleaning (biweekly, weekly, maid service, monthly spring cleaning, Post-construction ). All services are performed by trained professionals using eco-friendly products whenever possible. Other acidic products may be used in some extreme cases, please let the team know of any allergies to chemicals to take proper precautions.
**2. Booking and Scheduling**
Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting our support team. Please provide accurate information for your address, access instructions, and service needs.
****Please note that in case of a cancellation due to inability to enter property because incorrect code was provided, no access was granted or at door cancellation, we may charge full amount of service. We will allow up to one accidental incident without charge per client.
**3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy**
- Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment. Please email us at contactus@mymaidTucson.com to let us know of any rescheduling in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a charge of 80% to 100% of the service fee.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations are charged at 100% of the service fee.
Consistency is important in our membership plans or recurring sessions. Therefore any skips or rescheduling will be allowed up to once every 6 months without any charges. Anything more than that will be charged at 30% per week skipped up to the full amount at 6 week period .
**4. Payment Terms**
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless is a in-house account paid on monthly contract or otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We accept payments in USD via cash, credit/debit card, Zelle , cash app or other approved methods.
- For recurring services, payment is due on the day of each scheduled cleaning or as per your contract states. (monthly or yearly)
- Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future services and may be subject to late fees or collection actions.
Late Fee of up to 25% service may apply when payment I not received same day of service.
**5. Liability**
- My Maid Cleaning Services LLC is fully insured and takes every precaution to protect your property.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, improper installation, or normal wear and tear of items. We will document preexisting damages while on video estimate.
- Our team will not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials. In the event that we are obligated to deal with hazardous material such as blood or feces, additional fees will be incurred of up to $200/per hour/ per incident.
- Clients are responsible for securing pets, valuables, and fragile items prior to our arrival.
- In the rare event of accidental damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the situation and, if we are at fault, arrange for repair or reimbursement up to the limit of our insurance coverage.
- My Maid Cleaning Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
**6. Eco-Friendly Commitment**
We use environmentally conscious cleaning products and methods to protect your home and the planet. Please let us know if there is certain smells or Allergies we need to be aware of.
**7. Satisfaction Guarantee**
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address concerns promptly and, if necessary, arrange a re-clean.Refunds or part-refund may be offered in case of unresolvable circumstances.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
